How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Transitionmix Roofing wants each homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Transitionmix Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Transitionmix Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@transitionmix.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
