Transitionmix Roofing is a referral service. Homeowners come to us with roof questions, and we connect them with independent local roofing contractors. If you run your own roofing business and want more homeowner conversations, you may be a fit for the provider network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire roofers as employees. You stay independent, run your own crews and price your own work.

Who We Look For

We want providers who serve homeowners in Baltimore and the Baltimore area and who take pride in clear, honest estimates. Roof replacement and storm-related work are a particular focus, including hail damage roof replacement after severe weather.

A good fit usually looks like this:

• A real, established roofing business with its own crews or trusted subcontractors
• Comfort with asphalt, metal and other common residential materials
• A habit of measuring carefully and quoting in detail
• Patience with homeowners who are comparing several bids

What We Expect

Providers in the network are expected to:

• Carry the licensing and insurance required where they work
• Provide itemized written quotes that cover tear-off, decking, materials and cleanup
• Be upfront about scope, timing and payment terms
• Return homeowner inquiries politely and in a reasonable time
• Never pressure homeowners to sign on the spot
• Describe damage honestly and avoid promising insurance outcomes

We cannot promise a set number of requests, and availability will vary by area and season. Providers decide which jobs to accept.

How the Referral Model Works

Homeowners send a request. We pass it to a provider who serves that location. The provider contacts the homeowner, inspects the roof and offers a written quote. Providers may pay for the referrals they receive. Details are shared during the application conversation.

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The kinds of roofing work you take on
• Your licensing and insurance details
• A typical timeline for quotes

We will read each note and reply with next steps if it looks like a match.
